Although Apsan doesn't seem bad on paper, he always comes up short. Flying targets are his thing however, and for that, he can be a choice but there are very few places for him to shine. Until A1 his damage is lackluster. Apsan isn't bad, but he is specialized and outclassed by most other other ranged fighters almost everywhere.
