Although Apsan doesn't seem bad on paper, he usually comes up short. Flying targets are his thing, however, and for that, he can be a great choice, but there are very few other places for him to shine. Until A1, in fact, his damage can be lackluster. Apsan isn't bad, but he is specialized and outclassed by other ranged fighters almost anywhere.
