Although Ferssi doesn't have the best heals, he has a wide range and reduces all AoE damage taken by allies inside it, which can be even more useful in some situations. He also provides a decent inspiration buff with his ultimate, giving him some additional utility. He may not be the best as a healer or buffer, but he can do the job and when facing AoE damage, is easily up there.
