With lots of fast hits, low cost ultimate and rage generation that is unbeaten Harpun should be great, but his basic kit is missing something and needs all of his awakenings to even compete. Plus by being used in the Abomination fusion, he is very easily skipped. Harpun is not really bad he just has no real place in the game.
