Kaede

Kaede is a seemingly complex summoner with great base attack. He summons different birds to attack for him, providing just damage, additional attack speed, or a stun. These can also all provide additional buffs, but they are inconsistent at 20%. His ultimate, making one target vulnerable to magic damage and forcing targeting, is not really beneficial. Removing him from the field or his death does provide 60 very quick strikes, but as single target hits that require his death, they are situationally useful at best and he gains little from either of the factions to which he belongs.
