Whilst Lugaru's skills can seem a bit odd, he is a single target machine. He may not have the best bleed uptime but periodic damage spikes, his ultimate letting him ignore 30% of targets defense and having double attack at low health means Lugaru just works. He may be good with a Nightmare team but with Chaos and a good bleed source he can be a beast.
