Nissandei is ok for a healer but then you see the word bounce, when she heals during her ultimate the heal will bounce to multiple people instead of just one. This gives her improved coverage and the ability to heal outside of her range. She also gives a periodic speed increase and is a great choice for the healer codex. You may not use her in many places but where you do, she is great.
