For 25 cost you would hope for some decent abilities or an expanded range, Osiren has neither and only deals 25% damage to 5 enemies with his AoE. He may deal 30% extra to low health targets, but 30% of 25% is basically nothing and his awakenings do nothing to redeem him. With the lowest AoE damage possible just don’t.
