Praetus can top a stage's damage without being placed. He not only has a high base attack and permanent damage increase that very quickly reaches 50%, but he also builds summons to attack over time and true damage during his ultimate. On top of that he is an Arbiter lord with a skill that seems odd, but is extremely good. With a full team of Arbiters the results are insane, especially since he can increase all Arbiter damage temporarily by 50%.
