A good tank with a defensive focus Regulus is rarely lacking in his role. His main utility is the ability to absorb damage via his ultimate allowing for some interesting team setups. Paired with his death save, he can be an effective tank, but he brings little else but defense. Whilst amazing in some situations, Regulus drops off to other legendary options everywhere else.
