Sadie has a limited heal range and low heal amount in comparison to most of her compatriots, however she provides damage reduction to all allies in range, plus during her ultimate allies only take 50% damage. This allows for some unique interactions but this damage is only delayed. Whilst not being the best, Sadie has some niche uses and can ultimately still do her job, but the limited range is a hindrance more often than not.
