Vargus

With low base attack and only having access to limited damage boosts, Vargus has little going for him throughout most of the game. His invisibility is nice and he deals additional hits to targets at low health. Unfortunately his ultimate is lackluster unless the target is bleeding but he cannot provide this himself. Vargus may have some use in specific content but most of the other marksmen just do more.
