Although lacking base damage Vladov is a great source of an AoE bleed. When awakened this has very good uptime with more damage and a small death save. He is also a Chaotic lord providing their powerful faction buff, although without a chaotic healer he will not get much use from it himself. Whilst Vladov is not the best alone he is a rare chaotic lord, has ok damage and one of the most consistent bleeds you can get.
