A decent tank with some interesting interactions, Arlott is an ok choice, with some self-healing. His A1 provides permanent M. Res Reduction giving him some much desired utility and whilst still a way off from standing with the best, he is the superior choice for Infernals, and decent as a tanky cultist support.
