With good base attack, AoE targeting and damage over time, Laseer can do some damage but to most Watcher of Realms players he is known for having an ok anti-heal. This alone makes him a choice for some gear raids. Although he lacks the damage potential of most others, his kit can make him usable but he is far from the best.
