The Esoteric Lord of poison was made to be a beast. Not only does Nastya increase all poison damage targets take, she also deals true damage from inflicting poison, has a stacking ATK increase that is basically permanent and turns debuffs, including her own poison, into a team wide DMG Increase. On her own Nastya is nasty, but when paired with other poison units such as Numera or Vorn, they collectively become a class of their own.
