With an interesting kit, average offensive stats and some solid defense Selene seems like she could be good but is hampered by her lack of AoE, reliance on her talent and low chance for her passive to take effect. Her bond skill does bring some utility however, making her a potential source of Magic vulnerability whilst providing some very limited damage.
