An ok healer with a nice range Talula is propped up by the ton of perks in her kit. Not only does she provide constant healing, an attack buff and damage reduction for her target, she also buffs their rage regen and her ultimate is a wide range cleanse giving her some viability in all manner of content.

Talula is a complicated, but solid healer with a passive dispell, damage reductions and rage regen centering around her butterflies. She also gains heal effect from attack speed making her very easy to build. Although limited by how her butterflies function, she is still a strong pick.
