With good range, solid AoE magic attack and an ally revival, Valkyra is never a bad choice. She also provides a constant source of magic vulnerability and her ult is built to benefit greatly from the Northerner shields with an extended range, damage boost and ability to hit flyers that makes her amazing in the right place. A great fighter for progression and the Arbiters, she can be a lynchpin for gr4.
