Velisse is a made for purpose summoning and is an amazing addition to the cultists. Not only does she continuously apply both Slow, and M. Vulnerability buffing her entire faction, she also puts out some solid damage. Her summons give her great utility by aiding other summons when idle making her useful in a ton of places and her personal attack buff is huge.
