Salute, Commanders!
In order to create a healthy and fair gaming environment, as well as a positive gaming experience, the Watcher of Realms operations team is hereby making the following announcement:
1. It is strictly prohibited to use third-party tools such as game boosters, game cheats, and illegal game programs, or any other tools that undermine the fairness of the game. Once such violation is confirmed, the Watcher of Realms operations team (hereinafter referred to as "we") will take measures including but not limited to removing any illegal gains, freezing game accounts, and permanently banning game accounts based on the severity and frequency of the violation.
2. Any form of account transfer or acquisition is strictly prohibited. Please make sure your personal property and personal information are safely guarded, and do not believe in any account sharing/trading information. Do not purchase first top-up accounts, agent accounts, starter accounts, or any third-party accounts on other platforms. In addition, to avoid scams, please do not share/sell your own game account. We will not be responsible for any issues related to personal information leakage or loss, provided that such occurrences are not a result of Our negligence.
3. It is strictly prohibited to top up through unofficial channels or use third-party top-up agents. Using unauthorized third-party top-up platforms carries inherent risks and lacks security guarantees. It may expose you to the following potential risks:
（1） Leakage of game account and password information, resulting in loss of Diamonds, heroes, and other assets in-game;
（2） Unofficial third-party top-up platforms are not protected by our official team. If there is an issue with payment where the top-up is not credited, Watcher of Realms is unable to process such payments, and you need to seek after-sales support from the third-party platform. For the safety of your account and property, we recommend using the relevant payment channels supported by the official game for top-ups to avoid unnecessary losses. Should any Commanders be found using unofficial third-party top-up platforms, once confirmed, we will take measures including but not limited to removing any illegal gains, freezing game accounts, and permanently banning game accounts based on the severity and frequency of the violation.
4. It is strictly prohibited to spread illegal messages and fraudulent advertisements through personal character names or bios, in-game chat tools, etc. Some common messages and advertisements may appear in the following forms:
（1）Inducing other Commanders to join third-party chat groups, or adding Commanders as friends and promising to give away items, Diamonds, etc.;
（2）Releasing low-price agent top-ups, low-price top-up discounts, free Diamonds, etc.;
（3）Posting unknown links for purchasing game items;
（4）Posting advertisements for account boosting, cheating programs, etc.
We hereby remind you that:
★Watcher of Realms will not ask for any types of personal information such as game account passwords through any channels for any reason. Please do not top-up or purchase game items through channels outside the game or unknown links;
★Please make sure your personal property and personal information are safely guarded, and do not believe in any messages on account sharing/trading. Do not trade accounts on other platforms;
★Please do not release or copy and paste such illegal information through personal character names, bios, and in-game chat tools;
★Upon confirming violations, we will take measures including but not limited to removing any illegal gains, freezing game accounts, and permanently banning game accounts.
